Profils & Liens :
How do you take over a stalled project and deliver it in a month? Psychotherapist Fleur Bonaudo's project had gone nowhere with a previous agency. We took it over to bring Profils & Liens to life: a website that brings together four psychological tests true to her method and an online training area.

Fleur Bonaudo, a psychotherapist, wanted to take her method online to reach more people, with a website bringing together her psychological tests and an online training course. She had entrusted the project to another agency, but only the design had been started. After four months she had heard nothing more: everything had stalled.
Meanwhile, a first website launched years earlier still existed but lay dormant, for lack of resources to keep it alive. So she contacted us to take over and bring her project to life.
Not very technical and very busy with her work as a psychotherapist, Fleur needed a partner able to provide continuous follow-up without ever overloading her.
The heart of the project? Turning Fleur's method, whose algorithms are registered with INPI (the French IP office), into online tests that calculate results exactly as she would.
Four tests to reproduce down to the last detail: the attachment test (40 statements, giving 4 attachment styles as percentages), the avatars test, inspired by the enneagram (9 types, with a top 3), the resonance test and “Making room for Love”.
On top of that came a paid training area: chaining the signing of the agreement, payment and account creation, then giving access to 50 videos, 11 PDF documents and two assessment quizzes.
A custom website in two parts, designed to guide visitors all the way to the training courses:
1.The psychological tests
Four tests taken online, with results calculated faithfully to Fleur's method and shown to the visitor instantly.
2.The training area
Everyone creates an account, pays for their course (Stripe payment, with promo codes and instalments via Klarna), then accesses the videos, documents and quizzes to validate what they have learned.
We picked the project up where it had stopped and delivered the complete website in one month.
To see this project through, we had to adapt to Fleur, who was not very familiar with tech and very busy with her work. We had to support her without ever overloading her, and be available to explain and simplify as much as possible.
A fast takeover of what existed
We reviewed what had already been started, so that Fleur would not lose the work already invested, then agreed on a new framework.
A flexible framework, suited to her constraints
Once the foundations were laid, we supported her without ever overloading her. When she was short on time, she simply sent us her request, sometimes in a quick WhatsApp message, and we took it from there. The collaboration was smooth and calm, so she felt truly understood.
Clear and caring follow-up
Regular check-ins and test versions to validate each step, in plain words, without needless jargon.
To deliver reliable tests and a paid training area, we worked with the following technologies:
- Front-endNext.js
- Back-endNestJS
- DatabaseMongoDB
- PaymentStripe (promo codes, instalments via Klarna)
- EmailingBrevo
Fleur's project was taken over, then delivered in one month, and she saw one of her old projects come back to life. Beyond the deliverable, a real relationship of trust took hold: after delivery, we kept improving her website (promo codes, a redesigned training page), migrated her old website to safer hosting and rebuilt the one for her association, la Maison des Amis.
